This keycap set is OEM profile,higher than Cherry profile.. If you received the keys which lack 1 or 2 key,just message us to resend the missing keys is ok.There is no 1.75 shift included for this set.So please not return with this reason and write it's defective.. If you received some keys which is dirty,it should be returned by other customers.Just contact us to replace for you is ok.This is hard to totally avoid since we can't prevent this kind of bad behaviour.
